What a weeklong learn-to-sail
charter in the Caribbean looks like:

Sunday Afternoon: Welcome Aboard!
-
Arrive, tour the yacht, and move into your cabins.
-
Meet the captain to chat about the week and get a quick safety rundown.
-
Kids get excited picking crew roles (navigator, engineer, safety officer, snack boss! Etc.) for Monday.
-
Dinner ashore at a local spot and time to explore the island together.
Monday: First Waves, Big Adventures
-
Start with a family chat about boat jobs—everyone gets a turn to help!
-
Plot the day’s course as a team, then set sail with the captain’s guidance.
-
Learn how sails work (kids love pulling lines and taking the helm!) while cruising to a new spot.
-
Anchor and visit the famous swimming pigs—bring snacks to feed them and watch the kids giggle as pigs paddle up.

Tuesday: Sail and Splash
-
After a quick crew huddle, set sail, practicing what you learned yesterday.
-
Navigate to Coconut Beach, drop anchor, and dinghy ashore.
-
Swim in the lagoon, hike to the ocean side, or hunt coconuts to crack open for a tasty treat—perfect for curious little explorers.
Wednesday: Underwater Wonders
-
Morning meeting to recap skills, then plot the course and sail to a snorkeling spot.
-
Snorkel a shipwreck or reef (or shallow beach for small kids—they’ll love it!).
-
If tides align, dinghy to Turtle Lagoon—sea turtles might swim right up to say hi!
-
Back on the yacht, watch the sunset and swap stories about the day.

Thursday: Stingray Beach Day
-
By now, your family’s getting the hang of yacht life—rotating roles keeps it fresh.
-
Sail to Stingray Beach, where wild stingrays glide up for a safe, captain-led feeding session (a thrill for all ages!).
-
Spend the afternoon swimming or relaxing on deck, soaking in the island vibes.
-
For the younger children, sometimes there is a buried treasure and a map to follow. Think of the excitement of digging up a chest full of goodies to take home after counting off paces on the beach!
Friday: You’re the Captains!
-
It’s “Final Exam Day”—but don’t worry, it’s all fun! Your family takes charge: plot the route, check the boat, hoist sails, and steer back to base.
-
Dock early, leaving time for a taxi to catch Friday flights home, tired but beaming from your week together.
